For tonight's dinner, I will try to replicate the shrimp tacos with avocado mayo and charred corn salsa that I had for lunch at Bud & Alley's Taco Bar in Seaside. Sure is a lot easier just to order them.

Love Bud & Alley's! I haven't been to Seaside in awhile, but just the site of the Taco Bar makes me want to go back right now.
