ana candles

This picture of my garlic bloom reminds me that I've been wanting to do some candle updating on the mantle. Ana Candles are my favorite; these are the ones I've been thinking about.

in the kitchen

I just love this little kitchen. I don't think I'd be brave enough to put that color on my walls, but I think it's a great idea for a small space. It belongs to Eleanor, and I spotted it on design*sponge.

Orange + Blue

Sometimes Etsy make my dreams come true. I love this ribbon, from seller CardBlanc, and I think my mom will like it on her Mother's Day gift. She's always sweet enough to let me have my ribbons right back.

Green + Blue

Currently, I am loving apple green (or fresh clover, according to j.crew) and blue, especially navy blue. Bedroom by Annsley Mcaleer, clothes by j.crew, and notecard by Linda & Harriett.

Closet Inspiration

Although my closet is the size of a matchbox, this picture has inspired me to color coordinate it when I switch over from cool to warm weather clothes. Too bad it isn't filled with Marc Jacobs.

Pink Coral

That SF Girl by Bay is one crafty chick. Disappointed with her chosen shade of pink, she added some of her acrylics and ended up with this gorgeous (I think) shade of coral. These pictures are of her hallway.

I think the colors pink and orange allow for a nice transition from summer to fall.
